The ICJ has ordered that Israel must continue to facilitate humanitarian supply routes into Gaza, with emphasis on the Rafah crossing.

Following the ICJ verdict today, Prime Minister Netanyahu convene Day telephone conference with the Ministers of Defense, Justice, Foreign Affairs, and Strategic Affairs, as well as the Attorney General, the head of the National Security Council, and other professionals.

'The court calls for the immediate release of the hostages. It is very concerning that they remain in captivity.'

<p><strong>Pro-Israel Arab activist Yoseph Haddad responded to the ICJ decision and wrote:</strong></p><p>A black day in the history played out at the Hague Tribunal.</p><p>A day on which a decision was made in the court to prevent a democratic Nation from fighting for the safety of its Jewish and Arab citizens against a terrorist organization and to rescue its hostages from terrorists.</p><p>A disgraceful and anti-Israel decision that plays into the hands of Sinwar and Hamas.</p><p>Hundreds of years from now, when they open history books around the world and read about this decision, no one will be able to understand how an international institution of justice sided with terrorism and the murderers and rapists of Hamas!</p><p>A shame and a disgrace.</p>

Minister of Finance Bezalel Smotrich stated "The State of Israel is at war for its existence. Those who demand that the State of Israel stop the war, demand that it decree itself to cease to exist. We will not agree to that. History will judge who today stood by the Nazis of Hamas and ISIS."

Minister of the Negev, the Galilee and National Resilience, Yitzchak Wasserlauf, called the court biased. "We are deeply shocked by the biased and dangerous decision of the International Court of Justice. This decision is not only shocking, but also a chilling reminder that antisemitism still exists and is being legitimized."

Yisrael Beiteinu leader Avigdor Liberman said the ICJ was helping terrorists. "As I warned, the decision of the Israeli government to appear before the International Court of Justice in The Hague was a serious mistake and falling into a trap with a predetermined end. The court's decision from today proves that various UN institutions, as well as the ICC, have become helpers of terrorists all over the world."
