<p>Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to call Diplomatic-Security Council for a vote on the proposed agreement with Lebanon, bypassing the government.</p>

<p>In a separate incident, a UAV that was launched from Lebanon fell in the Mount Hermon area earlier today (Tuesday). As a result, a soldier was severely injured. The incident is under review.</p>

<p>A short while ago, the IAF struck Hezbollah terror targets in the area of Bint Jbeil in southern Lebanon. Among the targets struck were weapons storage facilities, anti-tank missile storage facilities, and weapons storage facilities belonging to Hezbollah's Aerial Defense unit.</p><p>The additional storage facilities struck belonged to the "Nasser" unit which is responsible for numerous terror attacks against communities in northern Israel and IDF troops.</p><p>Since this morning (Tuesday), the IAF struck approximately 30 Hezbollah terror targets in southern Lebanon, including the launcher used to fire projectiles at the Western Galilee area yesterday (Monday), weapons storage facilities, terrorist infrastructure sites, command centers, and additional launchers.</p>

<p>Following the sirens in Nahariya and the area, Magen David Adom paramedics are providing medical treatment to two injured people, including: one in serious condition, one in light condition, as well as to several people who suffered from anxiety.</p>

<p>The Jerusalem District Police opened an investigation on Monday night after receiving a report about a suspicious object that was removed from under a vehicle in the city of Beit Shemesh.</p><p>An initial examination conducted by police sappers who arrived at the scene revealed the suspicion that the object was an explosive device and it was neutralized by the sappers, along with a search of the scene to remove any additional risk.</p><p>The incident is criminally related and the police have launched an investigation.</p>

<p>A 21-year-old motorcyclist suffered moderate-to-serious injuries on Monday night, after being hit by a vehicle in Tel Aviv.</p><p>Magen David Adom paramedics provided him with medical treatment and evacuated him to Ichilov Hospital.</p>
