The IDF announced on Sunday morning that it had taken control of the Beaufort Ridge outpost and Wadi al-Saluki areas north of the Litani River in southern Lebanon.

The annual pre-parade Met Council breakfast included a demonstration by New York Gov. Kathy Hochul of state power that will better defend Jewish institutions from anti-Israel protests.

During the incident in which he was killed, two officers and one soldier were severely wounded, one soldier was moderately wounded, and two officers and one soldier were lightly wounded.

According to Democrats Party head Yair Golan, the riot was a "practical translation" of the contentious haredi draft law. 

The panel determined a range of possible dates to move up the elections that spans from September 8 to October 20.
